A user experience redesign project based on player behavior research.
As a fan of Marvel Snap, I invest a significant amount of time playing the game and delving into card properties and strategies with my friends. Through our battles and discussions, I’ve identified areas where the game’s UX flows and UI design could be enhanced, helping players develop winning strategies and navigate deck upgrades more seamlessly. Scale-wise, this project primarily concentrates on the mobile platform and version 20.23.0, which was released in October 2023. Its aim is to solve UI/UX problems without making changes to the game mechanics or profit-making features.

An ecosystem design for fertility service based on real-world user research.
“Yourcellf” is a project based on common issues identified through research in existing fertility centers in the United States, such as complex schedules, too much information, and lack of empathy and response, etc. Through designing a care-oriented protocol and a well-structured patient portal with an easy-to-follow process management tool, “Yourcellf” aims at redesigning the ecosystem of fertility and reproduction services to enhance the patient experience.

A mobile tool to help women with Cystic Fibrosis make decisions related to motherhood.
The mobile app inHera is a breastfeeding decision aid tool designed to help potential, expecting, and new moms with Cystic fibrosis (CF) gain confidence in feeding their newborn children. It provides sufficient, organized, and up-to-date professional information about feeding newborn children for people with CF, allowing moms and caregivers to navigate the resources efficiently with minimal pressure.

Share Quote is an app that assists readers to memorize book contents and their thoughts on the reading through organizing quotes from the book. By sharing the highlights from books or articles, users can raise professional discussions or seek emotional connections with friends. Share Quote allows readers to take notes by scanning highlights from paper pages, importing pdf documents, or directly typing text into the app.
Copytrack (2018)
A redesign proposal for Copytrack, an image license protecting platform.
COPYTRACK is designed to help photographers comfortably settle image theft on the Internet. It assists with the image search, and the legal process to help ensure photographers receive money whenever their images are used online. COPYTRACK allows users to upload and search an unlimited number of photos worldwide. The key advantage to using the service is that you always remain financially, and risk free.
In March 2018, COPYTRACK raised a website redesign contest on 99designs because they thought the old website looks old fashioned, and they looked for modern, emotional and engaging new ideas. I proposed a clean redesign and added a mint color in addition to its original 2 feature colors (blue and red), and it includes 4 pages: Home, Services, About Us, and Blog.

Social Flavor is a platform that combines eCommerce and consulting services. It recommends supplement products to customers while also educating them about health.
